Test your computer to make sure it is functioning properly. Back up or transfer your computer data (up to 10Gb) to another medium and Import the data into an installed program or location.

  Hardware Install - Install an internal or external PC component, such as a graphics card, hard drive, optical drive, MP3 player, printer or scanner. Install any included software that is necessary for functionality on one computer. Configure the PC component for applicable use.

  Software Install - Determine computer compatibility for, install/repair and configure 1 software title. Perform necessary software updates. Create desktop, start menu and quick launch bar access shortcuts. Software NOT included.

  OS Install\Upgrade\Reimage - Back up or transfer your computer data (up to 10Gb) to another medium. Clean and partition hard drive. Install Operating System. Perform operating system critical updates. Test operating system for proper functionality. Import the backed up data into an installed program or location if necessary.

  Virus and Spyware Removal - Troubleshoot 1 computer by identifying the problem. Remove all viruses, spyware, malware and rootkits on the computer. Repair any operating system issues. Apply system tweaks and modifications. Perform operating system critical updates. Test operating system for proper functionality. Provide you with an estimated cost for hardware repair(s) or upgrade(s) needed to provide a complete solution.

  1x Data Backup (10Gb) - Back up or transfer your computer data (up to 10Gb) to another medium and Import the data into an installed program or location.

  Preferred 1x Data Backup (Unlimited) - Back up or transfer your computer data (up to 10Gb) to another medium and Import the data into an installed program or location. External Hard Drive Included.

  Technical Consultation - Review current devices to design a lifestyle solution for you. Recommend integration options, upgrades and purchases.

  Wireless Networking - Set up, configure and secure your router; safeguarding your personal information and securing your broadband signal from use by others. Configure internet. Install and configure networking adapter on 2 computers/devices - (PC, Laptop, Gaming Console, Network Blu-Ray/DVD Player, Network-Enabled TV, etc.). Secure network. le devices to share the internet,files, printers and other media (i.e. photos, videos, music, etc.). Repair network and internet connectivity if necessary. Add an additional devices for $75 per device.
